The "Home" tab is the user's welcoming experience to Mail each time they sign in. Our goal was to create an engaging destination for users that would compel them to use the page and to return during their session. I worked with an interaction designer and product manager to flesh out the basic layout, drawing content such as weather and news from around the Yahoo! network. During the final stages I lead the design. I worked closely with product, marketing, and developers within mail and across Yahoo! to keep this page engaging, dynamic and organized.
